Leadership is the main responsible towards the promotion of people’s health and safety, environmental protection, stability of processes and the development of competencies.
Employees are an acting part of the management system. They are responsible for ensuring their own health and safety also their coworkers’ health and safety, the environment and the quality of the goods. Work must be performed in accordance with the standards, procedures, instructions and rules established by the company.

It presents our view of practical issues in commercial relations that may, by their nature, depend on interpretation and decision. Therefore, the importance of following the guidelines of this material.
